We cram into a taxi van that takes us to the dock where we board a river cruise. Practically every building along the river doubles as a neon light show at night. Hour long cruises depart around 7 and 8:30pm.

Day Trip
Silk Factory
At the Silkroad Factory learning how silk is made.
The silkworms arrive in big bags.
Buckets of silkworms are dumped in the hot water to extract the thread.
The thread is clumpy at first.
But they smooth it out and make reels.
Then they dye the thread.
And finally the silk is ready to make cat tapestries.
